In the docs for the new thread library in 1.35.0, the docs for the shared_lock
and upgrade_lock make mention of a mutex() method (although it doesn't appear
in the C++ declarations in the docs). However, from glancing at the actual
locks.hpp header, it looks like only unique_lock actually has a mutex()
method?
