[Threads-devel] making thread/locks.hpp header only?

I wonder if it is worth making locks.hpp header only?  Based on the link 
errors I've seen, it seems like the only definition it needs from the 
compiled library is for the exception class boost::lock_error.  It would be 
nice to be able to use the locks in conjunction with mutexes other than those 
in boost.thread without having to link to libboost_thread just for the 
lock_error exception.
