Thanks, now I'm trying to build 64-bit versions with:
bjam "-sTOOLS=vc-9_0 address-space=64" install --libdir=lib
--build-type=complete

but I'm getting a linker error:
lnk1112: module machine type 'x86' conflicts with target machine type 'x64'

for file:
libboost_filesystem-vc90-mt-sgd-1_39.lib
