Hi Anthony, please disregard my most recent question regarding 64 bit
compiling...the following worked for me:

bjam "-sTOOLS=vc-9_0" "address-model=64" install --libdir=lib
--build-type=complete

note that "-address-model=64" will compile the 32-bit libs without
complaint.
