Yes it not used now. IIRC this is a not maintained boostified version of 
the Howards's implementation.
The header is on boost/thread/v2/shared_mutex.hpp. I don't know if it is 
worth starting from this version to implement the shared priority 
mutexes. Let me some time to test it.
