Hi.
 I don't sure that I understood well what are you doing,
but anyway:
   uBLAS does not need installation. It is a collection of
header files, no need to build any libs.You just put the BOOST
distribution, and uBLAS works as is. If you want uBLAS only,
you should extract from BOOST the headers that uBLAS depends on,
but I don't know how to do this automatically.
