[ublas] lu_factorize problem still present in lu.hpp

Hi,

it seems that the "lu_factorize problem" described in [1], which according to
[2] is fixed in the current release (beta 1.33.1), is still present in this
release. I have downloaded it last week and I can reproduce the same bug.

In addition, I am new in the ublas list and I haven't found any way to search
the list archive. How can I search the list archive?
