[ublas] header dependency

Hi.
 When I use UBLAS or MPL lib with DEAL.II lib,and iff I put
DEAL.II's headers first, I encounter the following problem
from inclusion of UBLAS or MPL headers:

" C++ forbids declaration of long__gierr with no type. Use __typeof__ "

Is this something known?
