I'm sorry for your inconvenience and the late answer. I'm trying to prepare a 
new release of PyLinear that works with all the latest and greatest software, 
but in the meantime, you may find the answer to your question for arpack 
bindings under algorithms/arpack.hpp (and files included by that) in the 
tarball.
