Hi,

I am getting the blas/lapack bindings regression tests back to work in
boost-sandbox. There seem to be files missing. I managed to get
blas1.cpp compiled. blas2.cpp requires the include file blas.hpp which
does not exist and a function report which does not exist. Does anyone
have an idea which tests are supposed to work?
