reasons, but the it should be in archives dated around Feb 2006.
My code binds to some of the functionality of ARPACK,
the functionality that I used in my homeworks.
I posted it since it was very useful for me, but see it as an example of
ARPACK's use with UBLAS, not as true bindings.

ARPACK++  - it is written on pre 1998-standard c++. To make it
compile and work may require considerable effort.
