[ublas] from matrix to vector and vice versa

hi,

can anyone tell me how can i make a rxc matrix (dense and sparse) into a
vector of length rxc (dense and sparse)? and how to do the change in the
other way round (i.e., vector to matrix)?

also, i would like to do this operation in a row-by-row and column-by-column
fashions...
