[ublas] [PATCH] Fix BOOST_UBLAS_USE_ITERATING

Hi there,

Compiling Ublas code with BOOST_UBLAS_USE_ITERATING is currently broken. The 
attached patch fixes this, simply by adding two needed typedefs.

Can someone please commit this?
