Hi all,

I'm looking for good references (pdf ?) for solving the Sylvester equation
AX + XB = C.
I can't find those on wikipedia (

access to publications stores like ACM or JSTOR from work (neither from
home).

Does anybody have a good algorithm for solving or a paper describing it ?
