Due to time constraints on our side the earliest possible date for a
review is midyear. I'm unsure, if ublas conforms to the boost library
submission guidelines even then: we have currently no clue, what we
should change w.r.t. the guidelines. Furthermore I believe our
primary task until then is to enhance the testing options for the
library.
