Are you talking about me?
I assume that you made the right changes. And yes, I did not update my
toolset for a couple of reasons. The main reason is that I have about 5
projects that use the rangelib (http://www.torjo.com/rangelib/), which
uses some boost headers that are not available anymore.
At this time I'm extremely busy, and hopefully early next week I'll get
to update rangelib to the latest boost - and finally get the latest toolset.
