Oh, and I forgot this one: some "active" library maintainers haven't
gotten themselves into the system. For example, just look at the top
ticket at
http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/report/10
I'd like to assign that to Ron Garcia, but AFAICT he doesn't have a
userid.
