OK, I guess I should have read:

which contains:

and you are presented with a list of editable build options something 
like this:

  BUILD_BOOST_DATE_TIME            ON 

  BUILD_BOOST_FILESYSTEM           ON 

  BUILD_BOOST_GRAPH                ON 

  BUILD_BOOST_IOSTREAMS            ON 

so I guess this means if I want to just build graph, I turn all the
other's off.
