I have been running the tests locally myself. Now that the changes to
Boost.Build for targeting have been accepted I'm in the process of making
contributions for running tests. Once that is done it will be possible to
run tests targeting Windows Store and Phone just like is done for the Win32
desktop.

I haven't added any new tests. I'm trying to make sure to keep the tests
following the Boost workflow of being able to automatically executed as part
of the build.
