This went surprisingly smoothly, the installer doesn't even check for
the rpm rpm package anymore :->. ICC 9.0 installed itself without any
attempt to uninstall 8.1.
Intel changed the directory structure again (they finally found out that
/ works better as a directory separator than _). The new location is
/opt/intel/cc/9.0/{bin/lib}. I had to adjust INTEL_PATH accordingly.
Tests are running now.
