There seems to be a problem in linking test_read_write_mutex_lib. The 
linker consumed a couple of hours of CPU time and 650 MB RAM without 
making progress for test_read_write_mutex_lib.

I killed the linking process a moment ago in the hope other tests will 
work better. If they do then I'll delete thread related test results and 
rerun the tests to exclude temporary machine problems as a cause for 
this problem.
