The naming conventions of the standard ? You must be
joking:

Some macros are lower case (errno, offsetof, the var arg
stuff).

Iostream uses readthatwordifyoudare.

The STL uses divide_the_word_for_readability.

Is there a document describing any naming convention
in the standard ?
