Actually, now that I think of it, my favorite editor, MultiEdit, will open
files as any type and save as any type. It may do that conversion
automatically, and if not, you could certainly add to its startup macro for
C++ files to do so. Think I'll suggest it to their design team, since
they've got the next version in alpha right now. Thanks.
