I had a quick try with that, but found that it didn't work (at least, not
"out of the box" with the latest mingw snapshot which I have). It looks for
a compiler-specific <exception> header, but it looks in the wrong place for
mingw.

I mean to get back to it, but don't know when I'll have the time :-(
