Review Results: Random Number Library Accepted

Jens Maurer's Random number library has been accepted by boost.

In addition to the public comments posted on the mailing list, two
private reviews all suggested the library be accepted.  Comments
included a number of suggestions for improvement, many of which Jens
has accepted in his replies.

Thanks for all the comments; it makes for much stronger boost
libraries!

Thanks to Matthias Troyer, Csaba Szepesvari, and Thomas Holenstein in
particular; they obviously spent considerable time developing their
comments.

The final version of the library will be posted on boost.org as soon
as received from Jens.

PS: The current min_rand library will be identified as obsolete, but
left on the web site for 30 days in case anyone would like to save a
copy.
