[boost] [Review] Boost Graphs Library (GGCL)

I know I didn't make this clear already, and I should: I think GGCL is an
*excellent* piece of work. Its concepts are extremely well thought-out and
well optimized. For a library this important, I would like to see
much-improved presentation. Unfortunately, that's non-trivial. Once you
publish a set of names, you are stuck with them for backwards-compatibility.
