Hi Daryle,

I don't think we do things that way. Once a library is accepted, accepting
or rejecting incremental changes is, AFAIK, up to that library's maintainer.
Since I am the maintainer of operators.hpp, I'll be happy to take a look at
your submission, though ;-)
