It was me, because 5.4 is used by BCB4, and I didn't think that
BCB5 (which uses 5.5) had been out long enough and was stable enough
yet.  However, with the release of the patch to 5.5.1, which 
coincided with the release of a patch for BCB5, I now don't really
think 5.4 justifies continued support.

What do others think?
