Add a reminder to "libraries.htm"?

The end of "libraries.htm" talks about #including the Boost library files.
Maybe the directions should mention that the Boost files have to be
searchable under the system #includes.  (This is so because the Boost files
refer to each other with <> instead of the "" that user #includes use.)
