We need to do a house cleaning.  I was thinking of waiting until all the 
libraries approved recently get moved to the web site.  Then we can clear 
out the temporary versions of those libraries from the files/vault.

We should also ask developers to look at their stuff in the vault and 
decide what they want to bring forward for review, what they want to 
withdraw, and what they want to continue working on.
