CVS works for some people and some libraries, but not for others.
Someday SourceForge will give us better administrative tools or we will
move to another site. (Heaven forbid someone makes a mistake now and a
directory has to be deleted or renamed.) But in the meantime, CVS isn't the
place to put review libraries.

But then how do you keep them in sync? I guess a script could be written
to do it automatically. But it is just one more bit of administrivia, and
we are short of folks who join Boost just to do systems administration.
