Other papers have gone in the "more" sub-directory, linked to from
more/index.htm.

The question in my mind is, should we review these papers? All of
them? Probably not. Maybe have a mini-review process for papers, and put
some kind of a "peer-reviewed by Boost" seal on them once they pass?
