Hi,
Ralf Grosse-Kunstleve is currently working on integrating changes to
Boost::Python that will allow what you're trying to do. They should be part
of the released boost libraries within about a week. If you're in a hurry,
you can try to check out the boost branch snapshot at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/cctbx/, which I think has his cross-module
support in it.
I hope Ralf will respond personally with more detailed info.
