So, it looks like the conclusion is that there does seem to be significant
interest in our submitting the database template library
(http://www.geocities.com/corwinjoy/dtl/index.htm) to the boost 'gang'.
Michael and I will work on 'boostifying' the headers & directory structure.
Hopefully with this, and a few additions to the documentation, we should be
in a position to make a preliminary submission within a few weeks and get
some more in-depth comments.
