Win32 regression tests

I've just uploaded the Win32 regression test results including log file to:

Attached is a shortened version of the status table, showing only rows with 
at least one failure.

Rows with lots of failures seem high priority to me.

The math/special functions failures were mentioned in an earlier posting.

Four failures for iterators_test.cpp seem worrisome.  Iterators as a whole 
seem weak; 13 failures out of 6*6=36 tests.

Good news for a couple of new libraries; both Function and Tokenizer 
libraries are passing their tests on all the Win32 compilers.
