On line 351 of boost/detail/iterator.hpp

the line

typedef typename Iterator::difference_type difference_type;

is duplicated exactly three lines below giving a redefinition error.
This only happens if BOOST_BAD_OUTPUT_ITERATOR_SPECIALIZATION is
#defined.

BTW, is this the correct forum for submitting bug reports/fixes ?
I'm new to BOOST...
