The location is a bit ironic given that Microsoft still stubbornly refuses
to implement important parts of the '98 standard -- in particular, partial
specialization of class templates, which was available on Unix C++
compilers 4-1/2 years ago. Was there any indication from Microsoft that
they will *ever* implement partial specialization?
