Nits on Boost 1.25.1

1.  /libs/python/test/comprehensive.py
    Date format in the new comment in the initial quote is wrong.
    Should be "01 Nov 01" or "01 Nov 2001", not "2001 Nov 01",
    since the "04 Mar 01" below it means "March 4, 2001".
2.  /boost/counting_iterator.hpp
    Shouldn't the new compile-time check use BOOST_HAS_LONG_LONG?
