[boost] ANN: Boost.Thread for Mac OS

The first release of Boost.Thread for Mac OS Carbon is up on the files
section of the website.  This release should work under Mac OS 8.6 and 9.x,
as well as Mac OS X 10.x.  It has been tested under Mac OS 9.2.1 and Mac OS
X 10.1.

CodeWarrior 7 IDE project files are included, along with binaries of the
test programs, the library, and the examples.
