I built the code using Codewarrior 7 on Mac.  I had to add 'typename' to the
beginning of line 35 in numeric_cast.hpp.  The test app runs without error
but I'm not sure how to interpret the output to see if there are any issues.

Would emailing you a copy of the output be helpful?
