For me, it's on the edge for the following particular item of the
boost license requirements:
> Must be simple to read and understand.
Regarding the "include README file" requirement, besides the practical
problems, it appears that this would violate the following item of the
boost license requirements.
> Must not require that the license appear with executables or other binary uses of the library.
