After I replace revision 1.7 with revision 1.6 of mem_fn.hpp,
the error message became an 'INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR' :(

.\boost/bind.hpp(71) : fatal error C1001: INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR
        (compiler file 'msc1.cpp', line 1794)
         Please choose the Technical Support command on the Visual C++
