N-Dimensional array library submission...

Hi,

I have uploaded a library called multi_array to the files directory.  It can 
be found at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/boost/files/multi_array/multi_array.tar.gz

MultiArray is a library for supporting N-dimensional arrays of data that 
export a "Containers of Containers" interface.  Included are multidimensional 
container templates and adaptor classes that provide a similar interface over 
existing contiguous arrays of data.  I would like to have this added to the 
queue for review in the near future if possible.
