I have asked you to try again with the latest CVS snapshot.
Your jam output does not appear to indicate that it is compiling with GCC.

You have much worse problems than includes. This is actually a fatal error:
warning: rulename $(gGENERATOR_FUNCTION($(dependency-type))) expands to
empty string
Your toolset definition file appears to rely on a definition of
MIPSPRO_ROOT_DIRECTORY. Have you set that variable to point at the
appropriate directory?
