No. And I did not know of the problem. I don't often have two for loops in the
same method and tend to use for_each. The only work-round I have had in the past
is to open an extra scope, which looks ugly but at least it protects you from
this sort of bug.
Despite my dislike of macros, I think that I will consider using this.
