You're right. The parse error is a little misleading. The problem is that
this Jamfile relies on support for local rules. There's no need for that, so
I'll take it out for the time being. Please checkout the Jamfile anew and
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
