I really don't think we should single out one platform. Inevitably it will
look like somehow we are favoring that one over the others. One of the
strengths of Boost is that we have avoided falling into the my
favorite-is-better-than-your-favorite trap.

But I do agree we should have better release criteria. I just don't know
what they should be, beyond the things mentioned in other messages in this
thread.
