The attached zip file contains updated versions of cycle iterator header, 
example and documentation.

The main changes are:

Added a const here and there.

Added make_cycle_iterator with iterator position (+ only works for random 
access iterators). What do you think about the interface. Specifying three 
iterators seemed to error prone to me.

Removed make_cycle with container argument. The current implementation does
not handle const containers. I am not religious about this it's just a 
proposal.

Changed documentation to reflect the changes.

Fixed typos etc. in documentation. (Added new ones :-()

I failed to produced usable diffs due to file ending differences. If you like 
the changes I can try harder.

The changes are not tested and the test sources are not updated as I don't 
have the new testing framework running and I am runnig out of time for today.
