Jam Problems on Win32

Boost: 1.27.0
Jam: Pre-compiled binary from boost web-site extracted today (reports
version as "Jam/MR  Version 2.3.2.   Copyright 1993, 2000 Christopher
Seiwald.   OS=NT."

Something doesn't like spaces is paths.

The system cannot find the path specified.
  'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

This error occurs again and again as the build continues.

Setting MSVCDir to use the ugly short form works, but are we really
expecting people to do this.

Perhaps this is why people are using there own build systems rather than the
provided jam?
