Is there a way to put an empty token in a tuple or a list? I am trying
to generate families of overloaded functions which accept member
function pointers as arguments. To do this I am using a list of
cv-qualifications:
BOOST_PP_TUPLE_TO_LIST(4, (BOOST_PYTHON_EMPTY, const, volatile, const
volatile))
What can I put in place of BOOST_PYTHON_EMPTY (or is some other
technique called for?)
A tutorial section on using lists would be a big help.
